Big Falls in Winter

Big Falls is one of my favorite parks in these parts, its just amazing all year round.

This is on the Altoona side, there was an actual ice bridge that had formed so I was able to walk across to to the middle island.

I hiked down to see the rest of the river, there were tracks from cross country skiers right up to the edge of the water. 

It was a good day.

Ryan Morgan Rocks the World!

So last week some friends and I went over to the cities to watch Ryan Morgan (famous rock star) play in his new band, The Show.

This is the flyer for their tour...we were there on the first night.  Ryan's band was the best on the ticket, not to be biased or anything.

So this past weekend the boys and i went out and had ourselves a time...a good time.
